Sir Terry Frost RA
View:
Sir Terry Frost, who died recently, was without question one of Britain's most distinguished artists. His career spanned six decades, much of which was spent living and working in Cornwall. He was elected to the Royal Academy of Arts in 1992 and knighted in 1998. The Royal Academy staged a major retrospective of his work to coincide with his 85th birthday in 2000.
